Appointment Cancellation Policy

At our practice, we aim to provide timely access to appointments for all patients. To help us do this, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments reduce the availability of appointments for other patients who may need medical care.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended appointments without prior notice, may incur a cancellation fee.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact the practice during opening hours and our team will be happy to assist you.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur, and these will always be considered on an individual basis.
